A business is born

The Little Olive started as a favour.....

In March 2017, a friend requested my help with making dinner for her family. I agreed to help her for a week but by the end of that first week she had referred three more families to me! By the end of the second week I was cooking for six families! Word spread and as the days ticked by, more and more people started contacting me. The idea of turning it into a business took hold. By the end of March I was cooking for ten families. So I created a Facebook page with a logo from a googled clipart image and started advertising.

Growing Up

Ever since then, The Little Olive has just grown in leaps and bounds. My little "favour" turned into a full time business, with proper meal plans, delivery routes and a growing following on Facebook.

Fast forward to 2020, we now have a full compliment of staff, a constant stream of enquiries and we dish over a 100 plates of food per day, every day.

I am so passionate and proud of what I have accomplished. My appreciation and gratefulness towards my customers and the consistent loyalty and love that they show me is never ending.

I thank God for this business and the opportunity I have to make a difference. My customers become friends - I share your joys and your sorrows and celebrate your victories!
